Please help me delete this azure subscription

I do now know at all how I am having an azure account or whatever you call it. but I am a personal usr who has a hotmail account and I do not have any due to bills or active subscriptions in AZURE. however it shows that I have a so called organization calle "cap". and I can not delete my hotmail account unless I delete the so called cap. I really need your help to remove it and allow me to delete my whole account!

Rest assured; you don't have to delete your entire MSA in order to remove Azure. However, I would suggest that you look into who may have had access to your MSA as an Azure account doesn't materially appear out of nowhere.

What you need to do is simply cancel the Azure subscription from your account:

Go to the Azure portal.

Navigate to Subscriptions.

Choose the subscription you want to delete.

Click on Cancel Subscription.

Please I need help to delete the account, as under subscription I have nothing, on bills I have nothing, and I can find any delete option, I tried my best, I am so frustrated if not for the sake of me then for the sake of GDPR as I am a european citizen and I want my data to be removed, just delete Azure and delete this whole hotmail account or call me or email me privately and let me confirm that to you!

Apologies for the late response @user. If you don't see any subscriptions on the Subscription blade, then you are good. However, if you still want to delete your Microsoft account:

Back Up Your Data: Ensure you save any important files, emails, or other data you might need later.

Cancel Subscriptions: Cancel any subscriptions linked to your Microsoft account, such as Office 365 or Xbox Live.

Visit the Closure Page: Go to the Close your account page.

Sign In: Log in with the account you want to delete.

Verify Your Identity: Follow the prompts to verify your identity.

Acknowledge Warnings: Read the list of consequences and check the boxes to acknowledge them.

Select a Reason: Choose a reason for closing your account from the drop-down menu.

Mark for Closure: Click “Mark account for closure.”
