Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
When an admin creates a team or a group on Microsoft 365 admin center and Microsoft Teams, the following services are auto-provisioned:
- A SharePoint team site
- A shared Exchange mailbox
- A Planner
- A OneNote notebook
These services are created at the same time as the group, and are managed by the group membership. Additionally, each channel in the team has a separate folder in the document library.
