How to Deactivate Windows Server 2019 License ?

Hi All,

Need some help on this. My current Server 2019 being attack by ransomware and I could not login to the windows profile. Hence, I am reinstalling the server and having issue on activating the server license due to its already being activated.

Does anyone have this issue and successfully recover the server license? Kindly spare your thoughts.

Hello

Reinstalling the server shouldn't affect the reactivation if you haven't replaced any hardware especially the motherboard. Please try to run the activate troubleshoot tool then check the issue again.
