In my Excel, in the Data Tools pane, I don't have the Manage Table Relationships icon. Power Pivot was enabled by me. Can you help me? I have Microsoft 365 Home Office.

You don't the relationship defintion not in MS Excel directly, but in the PowerPivot Windows, so open that one => Ribbon "Design"
