Quota limitations for AppService plans on Free Trial subscription

Hello,

I'm getting following error while trying to deploy AppService plans:

"This region has quota of 0 instances for your subscription. Try selecting different region or SKU."

Checked out different regions (like eastus, swedencentral, eastus2, northeurope, etc.) - still no success.

I'm using the Free Trial subscription, where it is mentioned, that app services should be for free (SKU F1).

Is something wrong with my subscription? Or is it a limitation of the Free Trial subscription? If so, then why is Microsoft saying that you can discover all services with it and then when you pick that option nothing is working...

    This comes up from time to time even on PAYG subscriptions. Follow https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/issues/26550
