Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Clear Stored Credentials:
- Go to Start > Control Panel > Credential Manager.
- Under Windows Credentials, click on Clear all credentials.
- Network Reset:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset.
- Disable Notifications:
- Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
- Uncheck the boxes next to the notifications you want to disable.
- Check for Updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Make sure your system is up to date.
- Perform a Clean Boot:
- Press Windows + R, type
msconfig
, and press Enter.
- In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services, and then click Disable all.
