Windows security popup keeps showing up

this exact windows security popup keeps coming up even if i login. please help its really annoying.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Clear Stored Credentials:
   • Go to Start > Control Panel > Credential Manager.
   • Under Windows Credentials, click on Clear all credentials.
2. Network Reset:
   • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset.
3. Disable Notifications:
   • Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
   • Uncheck the boxes next to the notifications you want to disable.
4. Check for Updates:
   • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
   • Make sure your system is up to date.
5. Perform a Clean Boot:
   • Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
   • In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services, and then click Disable all.
   • Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager. Disable all startup items.
   • Restart your computer.
