Hello,
What are the differences between Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra? I can't manage Licenses in Entra? What about the roles for Microsoft Admin Center, can these be managed / added from Entra?

Yes, most operations on user/group objects can be performed for either portal. We were actually able to manage licenses in Entra until recently, but Microsoft decided to remove this functionality. For roles, the M365 admin center exposes a subset of the roles available in Entra, mostly the ones focused on M365 workloads/services.

is this a UI only issue or in Graph are changes as well?
You can still use the Graph API/PowerShell to work with licenses, only the UI bits were removed.
