cant log in my azure portal

When I tried to sign in to the Azure portal, after entering the information, I did not receive approval from the Microsoft Authentication app I did not receive any notifications on the app and I removed the app and reinstalled it again to no avail Note that the email accounts including the account linked to the Azure portal are working on the app when i try to login outlook mail and I receive notifications normally I have tried multiple browsers and incognito mode as well What can I do?

I tried to choose the authentication method using the certificate, but all attempts failed.

    As we discussed over team's call, the issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
