Yes, you are correct. You can remove the Bing watermark from the images and simply include a declaration at the end of your presentation stating that the images were created using Microsoft Bing Image Creator or Microsoft Copilot Designer AI.

Should you need any further information, please let me know.

Thank you for waiting, Alessandro!

While waiting for your response, I contacted Microsoft Support, and the agent informed me that it is okay to use the images you created using Bing Image Creator as long as it is lawful and doesn’t infringe on any rights.

The agent confirmed this and essentially reiterated what I mentioned earlier. They added, "So, go ahead and create captivating visuals for your university presentations!" in the last sentence. Screenshot of our conversation below.

So, feel confident in utilizing the images you've created through Bing Image Creator for your university presentations, ensuring they comply with the terms and conditions while adding visual appeal to your work.

If you'd like, you can click "Yes" below the response that provided the helpful solution. This way, any users who come across this thread with similar issues will find the steps and benefit as well. Thank you!

Thank you for letting me know, Alessandro!

You should see the "Chat with a support agent..." under "Choose a support option," similar to the screenshot below.

However, I understand that the option is not available to you at the moment.

Would you like me to contact Microsoft support live chat on your behalf instead?

Please allow me a moment.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, it sends me in a loop and I cannot find the "chat" you are mentioning. Do you know what could be the problem?

    Thank you again.

Hi Alessandro, I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand your concern, and I'm here to provide information as a fellow Microsoft user.

While Microsoft doesn't own the images you create, it's important to note that since you're using Microsoft Bing Image Creator, now known as Microsoft Designer AI, you need to adhere to the terms of service outlined in the "Copilot AI Experiences Terms" https://www.bing.com/new/termsofuse

This means you can use the images you create as long as you comply with these terms, ensuring your use is lawful and doesn't infringe on any rights. It's essential to align your use with your university's guidelines and ensure you have the appropriate rights to use it for your presentation.

For official clarification or further assistance, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support directly. You can do this by visiting https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    > Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.

    > Then click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

    > Select "Technical support."

    > Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
