[SOLVED]Edge cannot open any URL

This issue is found after upgrading win11 22631.3447. I cannot open any URL even localhost. When I have a try with Firefox, everything goes well. So I think it's not a problem of my network. When I open f12 devtools, The time column of google.com is pending. And there is no timeout page, which is quite strange. Edge Version 123.0.2420.81 (Official build) (64-bit). I have tried "repair" edge.

    Thank you.

    Try a Network Reset:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix...

Select Start > Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
Open Network & Internet Status settings

On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes to confirm.

I have tried just now, and it doesn't solve the problem. I still believe it is not a net work issue. All other APP (browser) work properly.
