Hi,
Please check the group policy below:
RemoteApp sessions are disconnected when all RemoteApp windows and user-launched notification area icons are closed

RemoteApp Disconnected
We receive the following error when the Session Host Server the user was connected to was rebooted (for example when we do nightly maintenance and patch updates). This warning/error message really bothers users when they arrive in the morning.
Is there any way to disable it?

2021-03-07T06:21:42.333+00:00 I don't think that could be the issue, since the server is up and running and the session is active. We are also already using the setting "Set time limit for disconnected sessions". The problem is when the server reboots, the client disconnects (obviously) with a strange error above.

2021-03-25T09:32:12.323+00:00 Hi,
This issue occurred after session host restart, the clients can't connect. So I consider you could try to check the setting below
On your RDSH server, please enable RD keep-alives and then restart the server for the change to take effect. You may do this via group policy setting:Computer Configuration\ Administrative Templates\ Windows Components\ Remote Desktop Services\ Remote Desktop Session Host\ Connections
Configure keep-alive connection interval Enabled
Keep-Alive interval: 1
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

2021-03-25T10:04:55.443+00:00 Won't that basically though create a sticky session between the client and server forever? The load balancing mechanism on the broker will never work?
