Can i migrate to office 365 from exchnage 2016 standard edition

We have exchange 2016 standard edition can we migrate to office 365 or need a enterprise edition

    It works with either. Make sure you have the latest or previous CU installed when you migrate via a hybrid configuration.

    Standard version of Exchange will work, no need of Enterprise edition. I have done migration with Exchange 2010 std.

    I agree with above.
    Exchange 2016 standard edition will work, you can configure Exchange hybrid deployment and migrate mailboxes from on-premises Exchange to Office 365. But please make sure that you met the Hybrid deployment prerequisites. For more information you could refer to the link provide by ManishaSaini.

    You could following the specific steps in the following articles to create a Hybrid deployment with the HCW, then you could move the mailboxes form on-premises Exchange to Office 365.
    For more information you could refer to: Create a hybrid deployment with the Hybrid Configuration wizard and Move mailboxes between on-premises and Exchange Online organizations in hybrid deployments

    In addition, you could also choose other methods to migrate mailbox to Microsoft 365 or Office 365.
