Getting this in the Event Viewer:

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Robert. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator here to help you.

See fixes for that error here:

    https://www.thewindowsclub.com/0x3d55-package-f...

Run System File Checker from Step 10 in this checklist:

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

If Step 10 does not find and fix the problem then move to Step 11.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to choose if I resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
