Quick Actions not working.

when i click on icons given in Quick actions, they just don't give any response or start any action like Tablet mode, Brightness,focus assist, battery saver, etc. Sometimes it works finely but on 1 out of 50 times i work on PC. 

Please help!

    Sorry Sir to again trouble but  i did another scan today from your suggested methods and it gave out this thing i couldn't understand at all. Maybe u know what to do after this

    Thank you for your efforts in working on these steps and getting back to me. I am sorry that those methods didn't resolve the issue. I am not sure on the next steps to take. Let's hope other community members may be able to help you on this.

    This issue may occur due to system file is corrupt. Please try these methods.

    1. Run sfc /scan now. Follow the below link on how to run sfc scan (steps applies to Windows 10).
