Blurry upload window

Anytime I try to upload a file or use 'save as' I've noticed that the window that pops up to either choose where the file comes from or where it should be saved is a little less sharp than my regular file explorer windows are. I can't remember exactly for how long this has been happening, and it doesn't seem to cause any performance issues, but I would like to know what is going on. See attached photo for details. Window on the left is the window for choosing where to save a file, window on the right is the regular file explorer.

    Please try the below method

    Find Chrome.exe - right click - properties - compatibility - change high DPI settings - Tick the box High DPI Scaling Override and leave it selected on Application - restart Chrome if you have it open.
