Windows 10 Activation

Question

Hi.
I purchased Windows 10 Home on Microsoft website order number is 9145768282 on 22nd of December 2019 and used on my previous laptop.
Now I reinstalled Windows 10 Home on my New laptop but didn't activate.

And I already asked to your support team, case number is 1502902835.

Can you solve this problem ?

Might try from elevated cmd.exe

• slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
• slmgr /ato

Only stand-alone licenses of Windows 10 can be transferred to a different device. It has to be removed from the previous device.

If your license is a stand-alone license, did you get a Product Key with it? You should be able to use that Key on the new laptop.

Most laptops would come with an OEM license. If your old laptop was upgraded from an OEM license of Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10, then that license would not be transferable to a new device.

I use Apple MacBook pro now also previous one is MacBook pro and already formatted from old laptop.
I was purchased Windows 10 Home for bootcamp for MacBook pro.
How can I get product key ?
