Among the sources for news on the MSN UK home page is the Daily Express, an extreme chauvinistic tabloid. The MSN page shows more news from this source than any other, despite it being an inferior source, compared to The Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph and others. Is there a way to delete or disable any input from the Daily Express?

At www.msn.com you can't block a specific news source. The Windows 10 News

App and https://microsoftnews.msn.com/ give you the ability to block a source

and other customization options that msn.com used to provide.

    Some info here

but, basically to block a source you click on the 3 dots on the blurb, the image and summary that would take you to the story and one of the options will be to block the source.
