I was actually to trying to play valorant in my laptop windows 10 it showed a error like directx runtime then i tried to install direct x runtime end time user from microsoft and it showed a error like internal system error occured and i tried many ways 1.sfc/scannow in cmd 2.reapir tool 3.Microsoft visual code c++ setup 4. uninstall/reinstal the grpahics tool in setting from optional feautures so can someone help me out to solve this error ??

    Hi Praveen Balaji,

    Thank you for the screenshot, go to the support page for your laptop on the manufactures website, then from there, download and reinstall the version of Intel graphics device drivers they provide.

    Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter

    On the resulting DirectX utility, select the Display Tab, please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.
