hi,
we are trying to use Google firebase in our .Net Core Api...
firebase needs us to configure an Env. Variable pointing to a file...
as we have deployed our app on Azure App Service [Linux]
we tried setting env. variable
GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS
to point to some .json file which is included in our apps'base directory .
we tried values
/home/site/wwwroot/xyzdirectory/xyz.json
*tried putting it in xyzdirectory before publishing
/home/site/wwwroot/xyz.json
*in root directory before publishing
d://home/site .....
etc etc
but no success
the app can not access the file ....No directory/file found exception
any help will be appreciated.
