Problem with Microsoft Store and Minecraft Installer for Windows 10/11

Yesterday I bought Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition from the official Mojang site, I downloaded the installer for Windows 10/11, my OS is Windows 11. I tried running the installer as administrator, it doesn't even load, it just gives me the message "we weren't able to install the app (0xUnknownAppInstall)". I think the problem might also be Microsoft Store, since I can't even open an app chosen by me from the store, it takes forever to load without response. So I tried to install Minecraft via MS store, going to "My Library", "Manage" Minecraft then "Install" and it gives me the error "Try Again Later. Something happened at our end.". So I can't even install Minecraft through MS Store.

I have tried pressing Start + R and typed "wsreset.exe", after trying other things I managed to open MS Store. Also my date, time and zone are all correct. I tried using Windows Powershell as admin removing MS store package and adding it again. I tried troubleshooting the problem, but Windows can't find the problem, though it says Minecraft installer from official site is an incompatible program, made for Windows 10/11 and I have Windows 11. I went to regedit and search for nation number and everything is okay, my region, language, time, date are perfect. I tried doing a System Restore. I went to cmd admin "sfc /scannow", I used DSIM command tool, cleaning up image. Rebooted my laptop a numerous of times. I managed to get access to MS Store but nothing more, nothing works. Microsoft Store is not working and Minecraft is not installing, I believe it is not installing because of MS store not working properly. It was working months ago, but since I didn't need it until now, I do not know when it stopped working. If someone could help me to find a solution to this problem I'd be more than happy. Thank you.

So it finally works. The solution was a simple one, a problem with the region. I live in Puerto Rico, that would be my region. I went to Time & Language > Date & Time > Language & Region, I changed my region from Puerto Rico to United States and now it's working perfectly haha. That's why the issue with Minecraft Installer (0xUnknownAppInstall), because it couldn't get access to the store, but now it's working and this makes me very happy. Thank you very much for your time, John and for helping me find the solution to my problem. Have a great day

    Hello Iván,

Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that the above methods did not resolve the issue.

Please try this if it helps.

Please make sure to uninstall the Microsoft Store and Xbox app first.

    **Uninstall the Microsoft Store app:

    Press Windows key + X

Click and Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator. Copy and paste the command below then press Enter.

    get-appxpackage *WindowsStore* | remove-appxpackage

    **Uninstall the Xbox app

    Open Settings then select Apps

Under Apps and Features, find Xbox app

    Click it then Uninstall

Once the two apps are uninstalled, install the Xbox app from the link below

    https://aka.ms/XboxInstaller

Restart your computer then open the Xbox app

This will prompt to install the Microsoft Store app

Please check if the issue still persists.

Hello, thank you very much for your suggestions. Though none of these seem to work, at least for me. I don't use any VPN or a proxy, I don't use any third party antivirus, I just stick to the original Windows Security and Windows Firewall and I have excluded Microsoft Store and Minecraft Installer, just in case. Yes, I already had TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 selected only, by default. I have my computer up to date too. I opened Windows Powershell (admin) and executed "sfc /scannow" and it stated that some files were corrupted, but that they were repaired successfully. I also clicked on repair and on restart MS Store by going to "Apps & Features" > Microsoft Store via "Advanced Options", but it didn't make any difference. My laptop works well, I can play on Steam, etc. The only problem is Microsoft Store, I open it, select whichever app I want to download and it shows me a grey screen with an everlasting spinning circle, like I waited for an hour and it was still loading, it just gets stuck. I even tried signing out and in again, but still the same. What else can I do to solve MS Store malfunction?
