    Hello TKH,

Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum.

Based on your query, the most frequent reason for this issue lies within your system's date and time settings. Windows 11 relies on a combination of features to automatically adjust your time zone, and if any of these are disabled, your clock will remain unchanged. You can try the following steps to ensure that your Windows 11 clock is set up for automatic updates

    1. Open Date & Time Settings: Right-click on the clock in your taskbar and select "Adjust date and time."
    2. Enable Automatic Settings:
      • In the "Date & time" settings window, make sure the toggle for "Set time automatically" is turned On.
      • Similarly, ensure the toggle for "Set time zone automatically" is also switched to the On position.
    3. Check Location Services:
      • In the same "Date & time" settings window, look for a message under "Set time zone automatically" that says "Location services for this device is off." If you see this, click on the "Location settings" link.
      • In the "Location" settings, ensure that "Location services" is turned On. You may also need to check that apps are allowed to access your location.
    4. Sync Your Clock: After enabling the necessary settings, you can force an immediate update. In the "Date & time" settings, scroll down to "Additional settings" and click the "Sync now" button.

If the steps above don't resolve the issue, check the Windows Time Service which is responsible for synchronizing your computer's clock with internet time servers.

    • Press the Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
    • In the Services window, find "Windows Time". User's image
    • Double-click on it and ensure the "Startup type" is set to "Automatic". If the service is not running, click the "Start" button.

Hope the above information is helpful!
