Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hello BENJAMIN E
Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.
First, just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum.
In reference to the hacked Facebook account, there is nothing that can be done from the Microsoft side of things. Microsoft has no access to any external account and would have no way of knowing of what is or is not a legitimate email address on another account. It could just as easily be an unhappy partner out to cause problems for another person.
The starting point for a hacked FB account is the following'
