There was an error processing your request for New Outlook Copilot

I try to use copilot (for work) on new outlook, but I can't process it.
It always show error "There was an error processing your request". How to solve ?

    For your concerned issue regarding Copilot in the New Outlook, may I ask have you installed the latest updates for Copilot for Microsoft 365? It did introduce some new features in January updates. In order to resolve your issue in a timely manner, would you please:

    1. Verify your Copilot subscription status: access the Microsoft 365 admin center as global admin, go to Billing > Licenses.
    2. Install all required applications which seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and other applications. More details can be referred in Prerequisites for Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
    3. We also recommend you to post on the dedicated Copilot for Microsoft 365 forum to see if there are any workarounds.
