I did spend some time with comcast yesterday and finally got my mi*********@comcast.net account to work with my new outlook.

With that said I tied in my business account ml*********@pacchem.info. a google account.

had no problems setting it up with adding an account except my mi*********@comcast.net account disappeared.

Tried adding synchronizing into the new outlook like it always was before all this came about, but it still would not do so.

tried rebooting and got no ware.

Went on my comcast account and can utilize my mi*********@comcast.net account without a problem.

How do I get it back in my new outlook so i can synchronize as it was previously.

My ml*********@pacchem.info account is working perfectly with New Outlook.

appreciate your effort in our behalf

Someone can give me a call if that would be easier. Or maybe give me a number so I can talk to someone in person so as to rectify this as soon as possible.

    Dear MichaelLezon,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having trouble logging into your account, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

First of all, connecting an account in Outlook should have nothing to do with Copilot, and you can ignore this prompt.

I've noticed that the version of Outlook you are using is New Outlook, and the account you used to post is in the Comcast domain. Please first confirm whether you are having trouble logging in when connecting this Comcast domain email account in New Outlook?

Recently many users in the community using the same domain are also experiencing the same issue(Unable to log in/unable to synchronise emails). The main domains affected are Specturm domain and comcast domain. Microsoft has now taken note of this issue, please be patient and wait for the issue to be fixed in the subsequent update of New outlook.

In the meantime you can try to access your Comcast domain mail using other mail applications such as Thunderbird.

This posting will remain open for other thoughtful users to express their views. I will also get back to you here as I learn more about the latest situation.

    Best Regards,
