The client sent an email to three colleagues of our company at the same time, but the time of receiving the email of the three colleagues differs by 1 hour respectively. Why does this happen?
客户发一封邮件同时抄送给我公司3个同事，可是3个同事接收到邮件的时间分别相差1小时，为什么会出现这种情况？

这封邮件带有附件15MB。
我个人认为是：

1. 可能是路由及网路处理太差，导致客户的发送服务器按顺序发3次到接收服务器，每次用时1小时。
2. 也可能是客户的发送服务器只发一次到接收服务器，后由接收服务器分发给3个用户，但由于邮件大，附件格式不常见，防垃圾程序扫描用时太长。

但不知道真正的原因和过程，请大侠指点迷津，谢谢！

Hi,
It is easy to check this in webmail. If they all have webmail access, try the same scenario and see, if they receive the mail at the same time. If it works, the issue is at the outlook/other client they use. The client computer may have different settings for outlook, antispam etc.. will be a matter here. If Webmaill is also receiving at different time, we need to check this in detail in Exchange server
