Azure AD Application Proxy SLA

The documented SLA for Azure Active Directory is 99.9%. Does this also apply to the Azure Active Directory Application Proxy service, or does it have it's own, specific, SLA?

    I would say it does as the SLA states it applies to "access applications on the Access Panel"- however with the given caveats that if the on-prem piece is down or degraded or configured incorrectly of course...
