How can I setup a form that links a respondent to PayPal processing?

Thank you for your response. I've checked and researched on your case and found out that it is not supported yet to integrate paypal in forms.

The way to fix it would be to get attention of Microsoft. You should drop a request to Teams engineers by posting at Uservoice which is a repository of suggestions for Microsoft engineers to prioritize feature development requests.

Hopefully they can make this as a feature in the future.

Thank you Jennifer.  I am using Microsoft Forms to register a user for membership and then want to send them to Paypal for payment once the form is submitted.  

Have you done that before?

Can I ask what application are you using or where is the form being created for Paypal processing?
