Uninstall any trial versions (including the so-called Office app which simply redirects to the online versions of Office programs) and see if the error message remains.
You should also check with your school/college/university how you can use Office. Not all educational institutions allow you to install the full versions of Office.
Not expired. 365 office, new hard drive and can't set up Outlook.
