Custom Error Module Does Not Recognize This Error

I enabled multi-authentication on my account to evaluate for our company. Once I did that was a huge mistake. My primary issue now is when I log in via web browser to access my Admin to disable it, when I click on the Admin icon, it opens up another web browser tab with "Custom Error Module Does Not Recognize This Error" so I can't access my Admin portal no longer - not even to contact support which is located in the Admin portal. Any ideas?

    Hi Jeff,

Thank you for posting. May I know which URLs you are using to access Admin center?

You may try to check this issue via using InPrivate/Incognito browsing window with different browsers such as (latest Edge/Chrome/Firefox) to directly log in the admin center url at https://admin.microsoft.com to see whether the problem still occurs.

If there another Global admin in your organization, please ask them to see whether they can disable it.

Moreover, if you still having problem please provide us with detailed steps screenshot which you tried about the issue via the Private Message for further analysis.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
