Simple question in subject. I paid annual subscription for Microsoft 365 like millions of other users but obviously its not enough to hire well-educated developer to implement such sophisticated functionality. Shame microsoft (lowercase).

There's also no table of contents functionality.

Hi Pawelk,

Thanks for choosing Microsoft.

Per your description, you would like to use the find and replace functions for Microsoft OneNote. If so, given my test and experience, I’m afraid this is the limit of OneNote, currently OneNote does not support such features, sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end. I also notice other users also have the same concern, so we kindly suggest you submit this to OneNote UserVoice or this related one: Add find and Replaceto let the team aware such feature is highly needed and beneficial, UserVoice is the most efficient and best channel to let the developer team further improve our Product, and the related team will collect great ideas from users, we are glad to hear your voice again!

Meanwhile, as a workaround, it’s available to find the text you want in the search box, while you may manually replace the text. We do understand it will be much helpful to use such features the same as Word and other applications, that’s why we sincerely recommend you go to the Official UserVoice platform.

We highly appreciate your cooperation and understanding again!

Have a nice day!😊

Best regards,

Gloria
