Ticketing System

Our staff and I want to utilize a ticketing system within our company for those who have IT/application/etc question. Does Microsoft offer a platform we can use that helps keep track of all our customers questions, including our responses, if the ticket is open/closed/etc?

    Based on the description I may suggest that you may use Microsoft Forms. You may refer to this article Introduction to Microsoft Forms.

    You may also create Power Automate flows to automate forms processes.
