資格合格時、新たなMCIDが付与された

Question

excel 2019 MOS試験に合格し、認定ダッシュボードにアクセスするようメールをもらったのですが、
新たなMCIDが付与されてしまいました。
これの資格認定を、既に持っているMCIDに統合したいのですが、
手順が判りません。
