I am being billed for an Azure Database for PostgreSQL server, but the resource does not appear in the Azure Portal or in Azure CLI. I have verified the correct directory and subscription. The resource does not appear in az resource list. This appears to be an orphaned resource. Please locate the resource by its internal GUID and restore it so that I can manage it. Apparently someone with a similar problem had it resolved by you refreshing the ARM sysnc whatever that is.

    Hi Ian Buckley,

We’ve identified the issue and have triggered a backend ARM synchronization to refresh the resource state. This process typically takes around 1–2 hours to complete.Once the sync finishes, the PostgreSQL server should reappear in the Azure Portal and via Azure CLI. Please allow some time and recheck, and kindly confirm once you’ve verified whether the resource is visible. If it’s still not showing after this window, please let us know and we’ll investigate further.
