Outlook message window does not open fully in new Outlook

Every time I open an email the window is not maximised. Same with strating a new email.

    Hello !

    Unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot set the size of windows in the new Outlook.
    The message and compose windows don’t automatically open maximized or remember their last size.
    There's no built-in setting to force those windows to always open fully maximized by default.

    If you need this feature, you can always revert to classic Outlook : this feature is still available in this version.

    Absolute rubbish from Microsoft.
    This is most annoying as each opened email needs to be resized each and every time.
    What nonsense.

    Microsoft please fix this feature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
