My internet is not connecting like it says its connected but it doesn't let me play games at all it says I'm not connected to the internet and every time I try to connect it. It keeps talking about "Additional authentication needed" whatever that means and I don't know what to do anymore I restarted my Xbox I have restarted the alternate MAC address. And I've have changed the DNS settings and I have changed the alternate port selection like nothing works I've tried everything and it not the internet because it work for my siblings but somehow my Xbox is the only one not working please help how do I get rid of this problem I miss playing.
