Microsoft Publisher

Question

I have used Publisher for almost 30 years, and have thousands of files. I have tried to use Word and PowerPoint to accomplish the same things, but those products don’t have nearly the same functionality. I have never called Microsoft for support. I am willing to continue my 365 subscription, but would like to purchase a standalone copy of Publisher that would allow me a perpetual license. COULD MICROSOFT PLEASE MAKE THAT AVAILABLE?
