Bought laptop last week in Netherlands windows not booting , Asking Bit locker key , filled it but still not windows cant boot

    If you have found the correct Bitlocker Recovery key, and you enter that on the blue screen when you start your PC, what happens then, what is the startup sequence you see, what error is indicated on your screen, if possible, please provide a photo of the error.
