I stopped receiving Focused emails in my Hotmail account on July 4.

I have additional questions. Mainly, when you send an email from your Hotmail account to yourself, does it arrive? Also, If your wife sends an email from Gmail right now, does it appear in Junk, Other, or completely not at all?
I get some emails from friends but commercial contacts do not appear.

Can I get a bit more information, are you using Outlook.com in a web browser, the new Outlook for Windows, or another email app? Also, are all personal emails missing since July 4, or only emails from certain senders?
Issue summary: My Hotmail/Outlook.com account has stopped receiving emails in Focused and Other. No new personal or expected emails are being delivered.
**Details: **• Since July 4, 2026 at 3:48 pm, no new messages appeared in Focused until a few appeared in the evening of July 5, but none from my wife's Gmail account. I've received nothing from my various accounts. • I sent multiple test messages to myself from other accounts (for example, Gmail/Outlook), and none of these tests arrive anywhere until Sunday evening. • I confirmed that Focused Inbox is enabled, that filters are set to “All”, and that I’m checking all folders. • I checked Mail → Rules, Mail → Forwarding, and Mail → Junk email (blocked senders/domains) and did not find any rules, forwarding, or broad blocked entries that would prevent delivery. • I tried different browsers/devices and signed out/in again; the problem persists. • The people emailing me report that their messages appear sent successfully (no bounce or error messages), but none received.
Request: Please investigate my Hotmail/Outlook.com account at the service level and restore normal mail delivery so new messages appear in my mailbox.
