Hello,
We have a sharepoint 2019 web application published through WAP through pass-through auth. The WAP server is in DMZ and its OS is windows server 2019. But when outside the network, I'm not able to access the web application. How can I troubleshoot where the problem might exist?

Followed the articles in configuring, but still the site is not accessible from outside. Opened a MS case.
Did you get any solution from MS? If you have solved this issue, you could share the solution. It will be helpful to others who have the similar issue in this thread.
You could check with ULS logs/fiddler, you may find some clues there.
