Hi there,

I am using MS Report Builder 2014.

Is there a property or other way to change the vertical offset between bars in a range bar diagram?

This is how it currently looks like:

And thats how I would like it to look like (I would like to bring the bars nearly the same vertical position):

Thank you in advance and regards,

    Hi,

It seems that you want to put three range bar in the same line.

Suppose your issue is similar with this:
    timeline-8211-range-bar-8211-ssrs-8211-sql-2012

You could also choose series in the chart, and configure DrawSideBySide in CustomAttributes in Report Builder.

    Hi Zoehui,

thank you for your quick respone.

No, I do not want them in one line, because in my scenario there will be cases when bars will overlap and that could not be visually recognized in proper way when the bars are in one line.

Thats why I need the bars only nearly in one line to see "stairs" in overlapping areas.

I currently try to convince the requesters that this my be a proper solution for visualize overlapping
(I added 2 more data rows to mark start and end of the bars):

To me that does the job, but once customers have set their minds ....
