How complete is the US Building Footprint dataset?

The US Building Footprint dataset is an awesome resource. The github page has great information on the accuracy/quality of the polygon creation, but I was wondering if there was an estimate of the percentage of total building footprints in the U.S. covered by this dataset? In other words, could this dataset be considered comprehensive for the U.S.?
