Batch account deleting pool

We have a batchaccount pool (it have to idle nodes) witch have had state "Deleting" since 06-08-2020 (18 days). None off the nodes is busy (have no pending jobs) and I can’t delete nodes while the pool is deleting. The pool have an autoscale formula, but I can’t make any changes to the pool because it is deleting. We have tried many different things via Azure WEB-portal, the BatchExplorer tool and via the API. All have the same outcome, no changes allow while the pool is deleting.
Please help, what to do?

As this issues need more investigation and live troubleshooting for quicker resolution, I would recommend you to contact azure support. If you have a support plan, requesting you to file a support ticket, else please do let us know, we will try and help you get a one-time free technical support.

Thank you, I have now send you an e-mail. 😊
We don’t have a support plan. I think we spend at great deal of money on the Azure platform and don’t get we then have to pay for support, when something is broken. We cant even submit at request without a support plan. ☹
