Two issues:
Though column marked as mandatory, even we don't fill that respective column in a form is able to submit successfully. what could be the cause? please help
second one,
once "company code" and "type of payment" entered respective code should appear. Please refer below screenshot ( marked with black one is second requirement)
First I need to know how do you create this form. Do you use InfoPath or simple editing the list form in SharePoint Designer? The mandatory columns you mentioned, are they list columns?
And for the respective code, how do you make it to auto-populate the desired value? Without the mechanism behind the form, it is hard to tell what goes wrong. Please provide more information about this form.
