Triggering a pipeline using web activity - parameters not reflecting

In continuation to the question raised in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/81708/triggering-a-pipeline-using-web-activity-not-able.html, I tried to keep the context parameter as default and added a new parameter called interchangeid (in the child pipeline that is getting triggered from the web activity).

Now the child pipeline is not registering the new parameter added. The behavior is not consistent..... Details are as below :

Call from parent pipeline - web activity triggers child pipeline ; can see the value of the interchange id.

Run is triggered successfully and run id returned

When I check the run details, the parameter (interchange id) is not available.

Please advice why this is happening. Thanks.

Thanks for posting the query. As mentioned in thread in similar issue, please try after publishing the pipelines and slight delay is expected for REST API to read the latest pipeline changes.
