    Hi @sns
    Unfortunately, your needs cannot be achieved with workflow.
    What you need to create is an application that can determine the login membership and provide different functions according to different login identities. Administrator functions also include modification and update of the item and generating reports.
    This is completely beyond the scope of workflow.
    I believe that such a requirement is more suitable for creating a custom application.
    Sorry, I am not good at writing code and developing programs. I suggest you look for a software development engineer to customize these specific functions.
