site column not showing while adding in a list

I have created library called "Invoices" in which libray "testcolumn" is site level look up column
taken choices from annoucement list.

you can see details below:

but when I tried to add document in invoice library it is not showing "testcolumn" please refer "notshowing" screenshot

    Hi @sns ,

    By default, the upload page would not show any columns in the library. You could edit the properties of the file after uploading:

    Besides, you could make the testlookup column required. Thus it will pop up a dialog automatically ask you to fill the properties when uploading files.
