We noticed that there is no shape tool in the Insert tab on Word Docs. Where can we find it? is there any other tab where we can grab or install it?

    Which version of Word are you running? If this is Word Online (via SharePoint or OneDrive), you can't insert shapes.

    Word Online is a very basic version, compared to the full version of Office that you can install and run locally on a Windows or Mac computer.

    What kind of Word did you use?
    Could you provide the screenshot about the ribbon of Word?
    If this problem appear in Word for desktop, please go to File- Account and provide the detail version number as shown in the following picture:
