Hi,
- Is there any changes before the issue occur, such as installing windows update, or a sudden reboot of the host?
- Please try to create a new VM, check if we are also failed to start a new VM.
- Please try to export the VM to a removable drive, then try to re-install the Hyper V role, then import the VM, check if the VM can start after we re-install Hyper V role.
- If it still not work, we may try to do in-place upgrade of the Hyper V host, check if it could work.
Thanks for your time!
Best Regards,
Anne
