Off to New York

I'm in New York next week - first for Future Test, then off to Long Island to teach a quick class before heading home. New York is one of my favorite cities, and it's been a few years since I've been there - so I'm taking an extra day while I'm there to wander around and have some fun.

Apparently, I've been running a bit beyond full capacity for the past few weeks. A few days ago, I noticed that I mis-booked by hotel stay by one night, but I quickly cleaned that up. Then today, I was looking up conference details, and realized that while I thought the conference was on Monday and Tuesday, it is actually on Tuesday and Wednesday. It really doesn't have any impact on my trip since I planned to head out to LI on Wednesday anyway (I'll just go a few hours later than I originally planned), but I can't help but be a bit troubled when I make mistakes like this.
