  I can get to the download page from the link you provide, but all of the Related Resource links result in the Microsoft.com equivalent of a 404.
  
  It looks like a reference to XNA page on MSDN is simpler: http://msdn.microsoft.com/directx/XNA/
  
  Also try http://msdn.microsoft.com/directx/xna/gse/
  and http://msdn.microsoft.com/directx/XNA/gse/readme/
  and http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/showforum.aspx?forumid=882&siteid=1
  and http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/visualcsharp/
